Our colorful little studio POP-UP is where yoga, Pilates, and ballet meet feel-good vibes and mental wellness. It’s a hidden gem bursting with energy, movement, and real connection — a place to sweat, laugh, and move with a community that feels more like a group of old friends.

  • We believe that the movement we do is a form of self care

  • For EVERY-body every shape, background, identity and ability is welcomed to feel strong, take up space, and find peace through movement

  •  Guiding our clients to move in ways that make them and their bodies feel comfortable

the reason for GMB…

Meet your crew…

Hii! Im Kathy Edwards :) — fitness studio owner, movement lover, ballet daydreamer, yoga enthusiast… and unapologetic latte snob.

I found myself through movement. I healed through it too. After years of chasing calm in chaos, I realized that mind-body connection isn’t a trend — it’s a lifeline. So I created a studio where we move for our mental health first, bodies second.

We do three things here: Pilates-ish, Ballet, and Yoga — because they changed my life, and I’m betting they might change yours too.

Things I unfortunately love:
☕ the most expensive latte on the menu
🌊 escaping to the beach at the slightest inconvenience
🐾 too many pets (zero regrets)
🧖‍♀️ cold lavender towels (essential hangover cure, don’t @ me)

This isn’t just a studio — it’s my happy place, and I hope it becomes yours too.

MEET CHLOÉ ✨🧘‍♀️

”when im not on my mat you can find me spending time at the beach, cooking something nourishing, or soaking up time with friends and family. To me, yoga is skill in action — a way of living with awareness, both on and off the mat. My classes are rooted in breath, intentional movement, and the idea that we’re all here to understand ourselves more fully. My goal is to have you leave the studio with a softer heart than you walked in with, and maybe even a smile too” :)

-this girl is such a rockstar keep your eye out for her class! 👀

MEET NICOLE💪🏻💅

”If I’m not in the studio, I’m usually with my husky, reading, or walking by the battery. Pilates means more to me than just moving my body. It’s a way to connect mind body and spirit. I hope clients leave my classes feeling accomplished, more connected to themselves, and a little lighter”
